And I\u2019m not here to preach.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, I\u2019ll come right out and say that a plant-based diet might <em>not<\/em> be for you. But I\u2019ll also say this: You won\u2019t know until you try. And the potential benefits are enormous:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weight loss, which often leads to increased speed<\/li>\n<li>Easier digestion and faster recovery after workouts<\/li>\n<li>Improved energy levels to help with not just athletic performance but your day-to-day life<\/li>\n<li>Reduced impact on the planet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Just ask some of the best endurance athletes in the world, who do much more than \u201cget by\u201d on a plant-based diet: they choose to fuel with plants, because that\u2019s what they\u2019ve learned gives them the best results.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nomeatathlete.com\">No Meat Athlete<\/a> is about giving you tools, not preaching.
