Green clothes, green beer, and green tofu scrambles (though I haven&#8217;t actually tried this last one myself).<\/p>\n<p>But today, we&#8217;re celebrating another kind of green &#8212; the healthy kind. Our NMA infographic team (which sounds <em>way<\/em> more legit than &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nomeatathlete.com\/author\/susan\/\">Susan<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rockcreekrunner.com\">Doug<\/a> over a couple of beers, with Matt stepping in at the end to screw things up&#8221;) put together this St. Patrick&#8217;s Day infographic to help spread the word about seven tasty, healthy greens that don&#8217;t always get the attention they deserve.<\/p>\n<p>(This after their breakout debut hit, &#8220;11 Vegan Egg Substitutions&#8221; &#8212; &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10151206088620834&amp;set=a.366338155833.159017.67697180833&amp;type=1&amp;theater\">check it out here<\/a> if you haven&#8217;t seen it yet.)<\/p>\n<p>With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nomeatathlete.com\/eat-more-kale\/\">kale<\/a> and spinach always hogging the spotlight, these seven greens often play second fiddle (or no fiddle at all).
