I’ve been very active for several hours each morning this week, and around noon or 1 PM, I get super-tired. Unfortunately, this is my norm, but I thought I was doing a better job of fueling up in anticipation of all the physical activity. Reading this, I’m realizing, while my eating has been healthy, I likely was not setting myself up for sustained energy. Thank you for this!
