I don’t want to contribute to the environmental, animal, and human suffering involved with the consumption of meat. I currently won’t eat warm blooded animals. Your article gives me encouragement to eventually go full on vegan. Thank you.

Intestinal pain, diarrhea, and acne were my guides to eliminating beef, pork, chicken, eggs, dairy. Im still working on seed oils (omega 6 is bad). Im keeping fish, fruit & veg and pasta. Let your body speak to you!
