I’ve eaten everything from macrobiotic to strict Paleo.
I’m a mid-life CrossFit athlete.
And in the last 6 months the heavy meat of Paleo just doesn’t work. It takes me days to “recover” from a meat based meal. I can do fish no problem.
I’ve shifted to sprouted/germinated beans, legumes & nuts. I even found a tofu that is made from sprouted soy beans.
