It’s a beautiful time of year, and a great time to remember to be joyful about running. It’s my time of year to run without structured training and I just love running through the snow.
And it’s a great time to form solid habits. For example, I need to do more strength training, so I’m spending the increased time I have making strength and conditioning work part of my normal routine, so when I get back to hard training I keep it up. Don’t wait to the spring for massive action – we can start now.
