Thanks Kimberly! Every once in a while I think about if I’ll ever eat meat again, and I know that if I do, it will be of the grass-fed, ethically raised variety. Right now I don’t have any desire to eat meat; but I think eventually I will miss certain things. I’m a big fan of trying local delicacies when I travel, so that’s the hardest part for me. For example, barbequed pork in North Carolina, crawfish in Louisiana, etc. So who knows, maybe one day I’ll slowly allow some meat back into my diet. But not for a while!
