I have recipes for cake in a mug, apple cinnamon flax seed muffins but they are time consuming to make and/or the ingredients are expensive for one person on a fixed income. I walk through the store and the best I can find is a quest protein bar. I like them but get tired of the same snack. Any healthy suggestions?
