Agree 100% with this. I found myself thinking this the other day when I had a dinner of bread, hummus, and some fruit. Didn’t really fit the description of a “meal” but filled me up and was healthy. Another beautiful aspect of this lifestyle. We tend to want to over complicate it but we shouldn’t. Thanks.

I’ve read and heard that fats are needed to absorb some nutrients. Is this not necessary?
