I am a vegetarian researching proteins found me this site. I have run my last and only marathon 4 years ago – 5:45 – want to run another – but I am four years older – so am starting out like i have never run the distance before.

I needed to adapt to a different time zone because of my work and this tired while working out, I hurt my shoulder, had severe muscle pain. And yeah tart cherry juice suggested by my trainer did work for me.
