Were you breastfeeding at the time? When I’m breastfeeding (off and on for the last -gulp!- eight years!) I have a set weight that is just going to be. I try to just eat what I want and not try to diet, because I’m going to be 175 no matter what. I do run and feel that it keeps me more slender and muscular rather than just packing the fat on!
