There are tons of recipes on the web, however I have tried many and found that the one printed on the bag of masa works perfectly fine. Helps to have a tortilla press, but alternately you could just use a rolling pin with the dough ball between a gallon zip lock (sides cut open so it’s like a book you can open and insert the dough). You need the zip lock for the press anyway, so it’s not that different! Throw them on a skillet/ griddle for a minute or two each side or just fry them up- haven’t tried that, but I’m sure it would be yummy.
