It’s so easy to digest, not sickeningly sweet, and I don’t need to drink as much water with it.

The recipe also scales very well. I tend to make up a 4x batch rather than one at a time, and find that half the amount of fruit suffices (2 oranges, 16oz / 450g pineapple per 4x batch). The only change I make is to use 50% more electrolyte mix as I’m a very salty sweater.
