Unfortunately, it wasn’t long before I found that I was sensitive to gluten. So now I’m trying to come up with a Seitan replacement using fermented or sprouted ingredients.

Have you tried anything similar?

Within a month of using fermented or sprouted foods, I lost 8 lbs – all belly fat and my thinning hair is back to normal. Which is why I’m trying to use them to make gluten free Seitan.
