I could go vegan if I didn’t have to pop pills.

But I guess I could take moringa powder…it doesn’t have vitamin b12 though.

I need to eat free range organic eggs and meat.

Veganism is propaganda. I have been a vegan for 2 years now…and have become very weak.

I also went fruitarian for a month. It was bullcrap as the body burns sugar easily and that makes one hungry all day long. Fat burns slowly and is much better. No wonder fruitarians looks old.

I have 3 supplements and I’m popping pills quite a lot. Moringa is working well but I do think there’s something missing in my diet.
