Thanks for this great article.
I’ve triad to increate my step rate using treadmill and it works. I ran at treadmill for 1 km and can maintain my step rate at 180 step/min.
So then i ran at jogging track and maintain the average step rate above 170 step/min. But i found problem. I feel tired so fast.
I always run for 8 km without feel tired but with this faster step rate, i feel tired after 4 km running only.
Do you have any advice for this? Is there something wrong with my trial? Please give me your advice.
