It really put it into perspective of how people ignore their injuries . This really helped me to realize that If I am in pain I need to get it checked out so it doesn’t get worse. Please see a chiropractor that is well versed in bio-mechanics regarding the running, and also a lumbar disc specialist to evaluate whether or not the symptoms are really a result of a back injury. The MD and PT might be of help but the level of expertise regarding your problem is suspect.
