Having the DVD I was able to be alone & stop & start–I haven’t cried so much for as long as I can remember. I think being vegan may be the only way to take a stand for animal rights and to help stop global warming. Seeing Chasing Coral also affected me deeply.
We, as consumers, can make a difference. Watch out for animal byproducts in soaps, cosmetics, even nail polish. We can make a difference.

I have just watched earthlings, it has taken me many months to find the courage to do so. After reading what you wrote about it I believed it would be disingenuous for me not to.
I have experienced many emotions whilst watching: shock, horror, incredulity & despair. The main emotions & questions I am left with are why? Who are the people who can do this? & a shame at being one of the human earthlings that allows these despicable acts to continue!
I am sick to my stomach & have already binned all the ” food” I have in my home, bar fruits, vegetables & pulses. I will never eat or wear any other earthlings & will be encouraging everyone I know to watch this powerful, hideous documentary!
Throughout the length of this documentary I have held my dog on my lap & I have to comment that he exhibited distress to match my own.
Shame on all those responsible!
