Even though it may seem impossible or even super expensive to eat healthy while taking care of a career, family, and body it simply is not. Its all about being both a little thoughtful and and a little proactive in your planning and pre-preparing of your meals. I recently started marathong training, running a half in a little under a month, and have found greens, grains, and beans to be my new best friend. Thanks for the post, and good luck with the new addition to the fam!
