I started eating vegan 2 months ago after reading Dr greger’s book How Not to Die., Which was recommended to my dad by his doctor. At first my brothers and I were making fun of my dad for wanting to stop or drastically reduce eating meat. We said that wasn’t natural, and we were made to eat meat. That book changed my whole outlook. I read it because my cholesterol has been getting higher and higher and so has my blood pressure. I’m not afraid to die, LOL, but I do have a severely disabled 39-year-old son, and I’d like to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible so that I can keep taking care of him. Anyway, I was wondering why you didn’t include Dr greger’s book or his fantastic website of thousands of free videos on all kinds of evidenced-based nutrition information related to plant-based eating: nutrition facts.org. I think it should be one of the top things on your list.
