I’ve also seen paleo recipes online which include beans recently which is being blind to the exclusions. I have many friends, almost a hundred percent of them in yoga, who are annoying me to the point where I don’t care for their blustering any more, and would as soon they go their own way, which I know happens in some cases, practically the majority is dirty vegan, like chocolate and cakes and junk food with soy and is inadmissible if you are talking healthy living or the environment, yet they continue to be drawn by it, and they are mostly women and in some cases women who persuade men to follow or they will no longer treat them fairly. In an age when dimorphism as a species is countered with political upstaging, it is the paleo lifestyle which is beleaguered, not the other way round.
