I was being sabotaged and didn’t realize it at first. Then when I realized what was happening I got really angry. I still kinda am as I type this. The pounds I lost came back and the progress I made was gone. Although it was my choice to eat that stuff, I felt wronged and robbed, especially when I thought of how I tried not to tempt them for their dietary needs, but for mine they presented me with things that were always pitfalls for me. And they lost wieight! lol I only recently started getting back on track but was encouraged that what I experienced was real when I read that small part. I’d almost lost the lesson learned. Sometimes you need steps for fending off attackers and realizing who and what is really controlling your life. Until you get that you’ll keep falling down and getting up. But I want to win this time! Planning has been an issue for me as well. The lack of it allowed me to more easily give-in to temptation. But I want to be knowledgeable so that I can plan with one hand and fend off foes with the other. I think the latter requires it’s own set of steps though. 🙂
