Lack of calories is the biggest reason people get tired on the whole food plant based diet. Check your macros by entering your daily food intake into something like Cronometer.com to make sure you are eating enough.

I have just completed 3months meat free as a trial to see how my body would perform etc. I found as the weeks progressed i got more lethargic and unable to train.
