Because I was unable to exercise, I lost weight by changing my eating lifestyle. I had tried “diets” but they were too unnatural for my tastes. I started eating a lot of raw food, gave up as many foods as possible that contained sugar, and limited my grain and dairy intake. It took 42 months to lose 72 pounds. After losing those pounds, I felt like exercising, but I was still disabled by arthritis. I went to a doctor who sent me to physical therapy. After a year of physical therapy, I decided to have my knees replaced. With my major disability gone, I started doing resistance training.

I also love salads But I did eat fish and chicken in my soips untill I read the plant based book and found it will solve many of my problems. I also already bought a tribest Juicer and Mincer las fall after a few surgeries. But I havent used it yet. I have been in the process o buying things from your shopping list and giving away the bad flours and canned goods.I am serious about losing weight to get healthier faster.
I started out last year while going through my health problems weighing 250 and went down 10 170, I have gained 20 punds in 2021. And dont really know what weight I need to be. Now that I found a food programs for myself, I need to also get an exercise program. I have a few problems like, heart, lungs, intestine, bowl track, decinerating bones, Osteo arthritis, diabeties. So I am very serious about getting this under control. I am 78 and 5’2 I am active. But I want to put myself on a program (regime) that will help me reach my goal.
