Hi Malini, I suffer with a rhinitis allergy, so my nose blocks really easily and quickly while running. My solution is to use a nasal dialator. It really works. and increases your oxygen intake by as much as 38%.
I picked up a Brand called “mu:te” I highly recommend! Happy running – David:)
