I have a question on this blog post.
From the second paragraph under “What to do with this” it says,
“To do so, simply multiply the protein calories by 4 and then divide by total calories to get the percentage protein in a food or meal. ” Do you mean protein grams, rather than protein calories?

[Protein Grams] x 4 = [Protein Calories]

[Protein Calories] / [Total Calories] = [Percent Protein]
