I eat about 78gprotein, 167g carbs and 56 g of fat.Is this enough?

There’s tons of crucial info out there that you seem to not know yet. Look into the effects finer has on our protein and nutrient absorption. Also, zero mention of relative protein bioavailability of plant food compares to animal food. And zero references. Just the typical vegan unscientific rationalizations to feel better about the philosophy. Do yourself a favour and listen to the peak human podcast, or the dozens of others like that who pierce through all this vegan/vegetarian propaganda.
